In 1877 it was the Graham opera house. In 1935 it opened as the Texas Theater. In1957 it became the The Fine Arts Theatre. By the early 2000’s it had been closed as a regular functioning theater. In 2026 this building will be re-opened as a community space, multi-use art house cinema and performance space.
